Quick Start Guide

1. Create Your Account

Sign up for a free account at scoraq.com. No credit card required for the free tier.

2. Create Your First Workspace

After signing in, you'll be prompted to create your first workspace. Workspaces help you organize projects by team, department, or client. Give it a meaningful name and description.

3. Create Your First Project

Within your workspace, create a project. Projects contain features, tasks, and roadmaps. Examples: "Mobile App v2.0", "Q1 Marketing Website", "API Redesign".

4. Add Features

Click the "+ Feature" button to add your first feature. Fill in:

  • Name: Brief, descriptive title
  • Description: What problem does it solve?
  • Story Points: Effort estimate (Fibonacci: 1, 2, 3, 5, 8, 13, 21)
  • Priority: Must-Have, Should-Have, Could-Have, or Won't-Have
  • Value Score: Customer/business value (1-10)
  • Work Estimate: Development effort in days

5. Organize with Kanban

Use the Kanban board to visualize your workflow. Drag features between columns (Backlog → To Do → In Progress → Done). Switch between Kanban, Cards, and Table views using the view selector.

6. Forecast Delivery

Visit the Time to Market page to see predicted delivery dates based on your team's velocity. Set your sprint velocity and view optimistic, realistic, and pessimistic scenarios.

7. Invite Your Team

Click "Settings" in your workspace to invite team members. Assign roles (Admin, Member, Viewer) to control permissions.

💡 Pro Tip

Start with MoSCoW prioritization to identify your Must-Have features, then use VWP Analysis to optimize the order within each priority level. This gives you both strategic clarity and tactical efficiency.
